Registration for the AI-Gati event is 2 step process, first you need to purchase tickets based on the team size on AI-GATI | APGI Online and then once ticket is purchased, you will get a google form link in the ticket PDF which needs to be filled by Feb 10,2025.

A team can have maximum 3 members.

No, participants are allowed to be part of 1 team only during the event

Yes, the team can include members from different geographical locations. However, this is in person event hence all team members need to be present in-person during events.

No, team needs to make own travel arrangements and accommodation in and out of the city. Organizers will not fund any travel expense or provide any accommodation.

Yes, you can certainly collaborate with organization startup team during who are part of that event.

Organizer will make the necessary arrangements like Screen, Projector, Mic etc. so that participants can plug and play their devices and present their work to Judges. Ensure to Carry your laptop, tablet, pen-drive etc.

Yes, experienced mentors and SME’s will be available to provide guidance, answer questions and offer assistance throughout the hackathon duration.
